Job Description:

First Presbyterian Church in Williamsburg, Iowa, is seeking a Director of Children, Youth and Family Ministry.  This full-time (40 hours/week)position will continue to strengthen and improve our ministries by coordinating the activities of all children, youth and families for the church.

The Director shall work as part of a collegial team; interact effectively with all staff and volunteers to accomplish Christ’s ministry through the church; direct and coordinate a comprehensive and expanding ministry for children, youth and families that embodies our faith. 

The Director will build relationships with children, youth and families, set a positive example in personal relationships, family life, moral and ethical character as well as being a mentor and friend. 

A bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years experience working with children, youth and family services/ministry is preferred.  Individuals who possess a strong biblical faith,work ethic, persistence,creativity, flexibility,adaptability, enthusiasm and dedication are encouraged to apply.
