Job Description:
The purpose of the Administration Manager is to oversee the business affairs of the church. He/she is responsible for the financial, human resources, risk management, contract management, and Information Technology (IT) functions of the church. He/she does this consistent with the vision and policies approved by the Elder Board. The Administration Manager’s goal is to provide business services that meet the needs of our ministries so that FEFC is positioned to produce a growing number of disciples, transformed by God, who live to transform their world.
