Huron Hills Church
Job Description:

Huron Hills Church in Ann Arbor, Michigan seeks a college director to lead our college ministry. We welcome applicants whose passion is to lead a ministry that draws students who are far from God into a relationship with Jesus. We seek a director with strengths in the areas of leadership, administration, and outreach to guide and grow our college ministry. Our director will be responsible for our HHcollege ministry including developing leaders and teams to facilitate ministry. An evident Christ-centered heart that is relationally modeled to students is very important.

The ministry call at Huron Hills also includes daily collaboration with our InterGen team, church staff, students and volunteers. The college director will be supervised by the InterGen Pastor and will join our InterGen team comprised of children, youth, and college staff. Experience training small group leaders, equipping volunteers, and innovating the Think Orange strategy in a local church context are beneficial. Huron Hills is an intergenerational church that launched a new site as part of our multi-site strategy in March 2013.  With both sites located near the University of Michigan and Eastern Michigan University, our opportunity to reach college students is considerable. The part-time position is ideal for those considering full-time ministry in the future.  Please email resumes to hr@huronhills.org.
