We are seeking a seasoned Family Ministry leader to create dynamic environments of life change for over 400 children/students (birth to 18) and their parents. You will not only be focused on the development of our Sr. High ministry, but also the broader responsibility for uniting the church and families of children of all ages in our Orange ministry. As a member of the executive team, the Family Ministry Pastor will lead Keystone’s Orange transformation and oversee Jr. High, Elementary, and Pre-School ministries and staff.
The Sr. High Pastor creates irresistible environments that Sr. High students don’t want to miss and other adults and parents want to help flourish to make it easy for students to turn to God. This includes creating magnetic large group environments, inspiring worship, engaging small group experiences, fun team-building, deeper study, missional service, and investing in the lives of teens and their parents, in collaboration with small group leaders and volunteers who are equipped and passionate to disciple students.

Keystone is a Wesleyan church of 1,200 with 700 weekly attendees. Our mission is to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, by creating a church that people love to attend, especially those new to church.
