New Venture Christian Fellowship has an exciting opportunity for a Children’s Pastor to join our pastoral staff and talented team! The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years experience in developing, coordinating and administering an effective children’s ministry. Candidate will be responsible for connecting with parents and meeting the needs of children, helping them find Christ and live life to its fullest. This person will oversee children services, worship and bible studies, coordinate special events, outreach, and provide fellowship and spiritual growth for children. This person must be an effective communicator and be able to handle multiple priorities successfully while meeting deadlines.

New Venture Christian Fellowship is a non-denominational church located in the community of Oceanside, North San Diego County. REQUIREMENTS

• Commitment to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
• Theological or Bachelors degree required (with preferred studies in teaching or education).
• Minimum five years leadership experience in children’s ministry or related field.
• Preference given to candidates with large church related experience.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Team player with leadership and teaching skills.
• Flexible work schedule, willing to work extended hours to complete assigned tasks/projects as needed and scheduled.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with attention to detail.
• Passionate celebration and ownership of the vision, mission, values and purposes of New Venture Christian Fellowship.
• High level of spiritual maturity.
• All candidates must be able to prove eligibility to work in the United States.
