Media Producer -Ginghamsburg Church
This paid, full-time position will help create the graphic and video content that supports excellent mission-focused worship each weekend at Ginghamsburg Church as well as key, large discipleship events. Video portfolios should contain examples where the candidate has set up and operated the camera, handled mic placement and audio, created motion and still graphics and editing. Provide a list either within the portfolio's webpage or via email/resume that details your specific role in each example video. Use of YouTube and Vimeo for hosting video portfolio is acceptable.
Graphic portfolios should contain examples where the candidate has developed the idea from scratch and from team input, still photograph based and abstract, and typography based. Graphics can be attached to email as a PDF and should include your role in the creation of the graphic.

Education & Experience:
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Media or Design related field and/or equivalent experience
-Concern for process and attention to detail
-Ability to coordinate 3-4 projects simultaneously
-Expertise in studio/field video acquisition, audio and editing
-Familiar with tape-less workflow and strong digital asset management mindset
-Skilled in creating digital graphics using Photoshop and Illustrator
-Adept with Mac-based Final Cut Pro, AfterEffects and Photoshop software
-Leadership skills for directing teams of unpaid servants
-Ability to communicate with, train and mentor unpaid servants effectively
-Commitment and ability to work in and contribute to the overall staff team
-Commitment to quality in all areas
-Valid driver license and reliable transportation
Includes weekend and evening hours
-Participate in and lead content creation and execution for weekly large discipleship events.
-Content creation for worship celebrations (graphics and video)
-Contribute in weekly Worship Design team meetings
-Co-lead weekend servant team for Main Worship and other events
-Create content for other ministries as required
