Acquire the Fire Training Manager

 

Description:

 

Acquire the Fire aggressively attempts to fill arenas with young people, providing an atmosphere in which they can encounter God.  The Acquire the Fire Training Manager plays an integral role in making this happen. As a member of the Contact Center Leadership Team, this person will be responsible for creating, monitoring and maintaining the performance of the quality management system, identifying trends and reporting on performance, as well as developing and presenting training content.

 

Primary functions:

 

v  Responsible for analyzing ongoing training and quality needs, assessing gaps and proposing measures for improvement to the Acquire the Fire Contact Center Leadership Team

v  Develops new training programs, or modifies and improves existing programs as needed

v  Establishes, monitors and reports weekly on all Training Department KPIs

v  Facilitates initial training for biannual workforce turnover

v  Calibrates with contact center managers to ensure that all are accurately and consistently scoring calls to support customer service principles and guidelines

v  Provides leadership and direction to Training department

v  Performs occasional call monitoring and provides trend data to the ATF Contact Center Director

 

 

Education and Qualifications:

 

v  Bachelor’s Degree preferred

v  3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a sales environment

v  Demonstrates superior communication and presentation skills

v  Excellent systems and critical thinking skills

v  Experience in an outbound call center desired
