We are a vibrant, growing church committed to biblically based teaching and focusing on who God is and how he is relevant for our lives.  We are a non-denominational church that values loving God and loving others.  


Currently seeking an enthusiastic, very detail oriented, and highly organized person with strong executive administrative skills to join our staff team. Responsibilities include the coordination and scheduling of meetings, conferences, luncheons and the like, developing and maintaining a calendar of ministry events, document maintenance and archiving, creating PowerPoint presentations, reconciliation of expense reports, coordination of pastor's calendar appointments, editing documents, collecting and preparing information for use in meetings of executive staff and board meetings, working as part of the administrative team in multiple capacities and other duties as assigned.


Requirements include: 3+ years administrative assistant experience, expertise in MS Office including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Outlook, knowledge of computer systems and technology, ability to troubleshoot and multitask, ability to support various staff members proactively and work & think outside of the box, ability to develop efficient processes to streamline & improve administrative tasks, and competent in working both independently and as a member of a team.
