Mountain West Church is currently looking for a new team member to serve as the worship and creative arts pastor. We are a growing, diverse church with a heart to reach those in our community who are far from God.
I'm Michael and I am the pastor of Mountain West. I am looking for someone to work with me in a high-level leadership role. This person would be a natural born leader, both creative and organized (no creative brain, sloppy organization excuses here), outgoing, a developer of others, fun, experienced, and passionate. If you are looking to be a part of an exciting, fast-growing church that helps people move from where they are to where God wants them to be, then this position might be for you!
You will not only be leading in this area of ministry, but will give oversight to another area of ministry that fits your skill set and passion and be part of the executive leadership team
We have grown from about 150 to over 700 in weekly attendance. We place high value on outreach. We strive to be very relational.
We believe in living Spirit-filled lives, believe the gifts of the Spirit are still in operation today, but are on the lower end of the spectrum as far as charasmatic style (no flags, banners, people running, etc.)
Are you interested in helping a church grow as we reach as many as we can for Jesus?
Are you passionate about raising up musicians and volunteer leaders?
Are you interested in developing and growing a healthy volunteer structure of musicians, singers, artists?
