Job Description:
REDWOOD PARK CHURCH (C&MA) is seeking an “adventurous at heart” staff member with a passion for excellence in custodial care and facilities management. You will be a hands on worker able to provide primary care for our buildings and grounds while at the same time equipping and empowering teams of volunteers to serve alongside of you. You will need to be able to work well on your own as well as to serve as a collaborative leader.

You will be serving with a church family who is sensitive to and inclusive of people from irreligious backgrounds while committed to building a community of fully alive history shaping Christ followers. You’ll be joining a full and part-time staff team of 13, including pastors, pastoral apprentices and interns, as well as support staff in a growing church that is moving towards 900 in regular weekend attendance through its two facilities in Thunder Bay and satellite campus in Barrie.

This position is based at our two facilities located in Thunder Bay, at the head of Lake Superior. Here you’ll experience all the amenities of a small city set amidst the rugged beauty of an awesome outdoor sports paradise! (Think: fishing, hunting, rock climbing, ice climbing, mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, lots of hockey, paintball, ATVing, snowmobiling, even surfing Lake Superior, really!!)
