Digital Marketing Manager
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for lead generation and increasing sales by generating “intelligent” and qualified sales leads.
This manager will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to create email campaigns, run, integrate and help develop marketing automation and lead generation system, feed the sales department with qualified leads and act as a liaison between the marketing
and sales departments. The manager will also track and report on results and return on investment. As well as follow a lead from start to finish from lead to satisfied customer.
The Digital Marketing Manager should love working with both people and data, be excited about the digital marketing arena and eager to build, test, track, modify and continuously improve upon campaigns and results.
This position will also coordinate online advertising, including Pay Per Click, and assist with digital marketing strategies related to SEO, website, social media and other online opportunities.
The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Chief Marketing Officer. Teen Mania Ministries has significant growth plans and expects to grow the digital marketing department steadily.

•Deliver leads that turn into sales
•Run detailed reports from internal systems on sales and customer data
•Act as liaison between marketing and sales
•Follow up with sales to ensure leads are followed up and tracked
•Website traffic analysis
•Online results analysis
•Strategy related to online marketing efforts
•Conversion optimization online (strategies and reporting for turning visitors into sales)
•Return on investment (ROI) measurement and reporting
•Detailed data reporting on results
•Assistance with SEO research, reporting, analysis
1. Maintain a climate that attracts, retains and motivates top quality personnel, both paid and volunteer.
2. Recruit, train, appraise, supervise, support, develop, promote and guide qualified personnel, both paid and volunteer.
3. Ensure effective management within the marketing, communications and public relations function, with provision for succession.
4. Design, support and oversee cross-functional teams throughout the Organization.
5. Effectively enable volunteers and staff so they can take action on behalf of the Teen Mania by:
a) transmitting Teen Mania’s values, vision and direction;
b) engaging people in the meaning of the Acquire the Fire;
c) respecting and using the skills, expertise, experience and insights of people;
d) providing direction and resources, removing barriers and helping develop people’s skills; articulating expectations and clarifying roles and relationships;
e) communicating which includes helping people transform information into knowledge and learning;
f) encouraging people to question organizational assumptions and ask strategic questions; ensuring quality decision-making;
g) anticipating conflicts and facilitating resolution; h) engaging people in process as well as tasks; encouraging people use their power, i)practice their authority, and accept their responsibility; j)modeling behavior; and k) coaching people to success.
•Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent
• Three or more years of related experience
•Proven experience with CRM, marketing automation/lead generation programs and email marketing
(Salesforce, Marketo or similar (SilverPop, Engage, HubSpot, etc.)
•Experience with data tracking, analysis and results reporting
•Experience working with customer and marketing data
•Ability to analyze results and recommend improvement
•Excellent computer and data manipulation skills
•Excellent written and verbal skills
•Resourceful, flexible and
able to work in a fast-paced environment
•Must be an assertive self-starter with the self-confidence and ability to represent Teen Mania Ministries in a professional manner
•Demonstrate high personal performance standards, the desire and ability to continuously learn
•Must be results-oriented and hold one-self accountable for results
