Children’s Minister (full-time)

The position of Children’s Minister assists the Children’s Pastor to establish goals and objectives for elementary ministry (grades first through fifth) and initiate strategies to fulfill them. A typical week as the Children’s Minister will involve investing
spiritually and relationally in children, families and servant leaders at Pinelake by sharing about Christ's love and His gift of salvation. Day-to-day responsibilities may include coordinating teachers and servant leaders, implementing safety policies, training
leaders, strategic planning and coordinating special children’s events.
A bachelor’s degree and two to four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. You must have excellent communication skills, be team-oriented, know basic computer skills, handle multi-tasking
and planning, while pursuing personal spiritual growth.
