Stapleton Fellowship Church is a growing church in NE Denver. We have quite a story and I would love to share it with you. We are currently looking for a full-time Children's Director to lead our church into the next phase of its growth. With many exciting
events on the horizon, SFC is a great place to work and invest in the Kingdom.
We are looking primarily for a LEADER with a heart, love, and passion for children. We want to expand on the solid foundation we currently have in children’s ministry and continue to create an environment that is welcoming, loving, and exciting for children.
We want parents to know their kids are safe and have the tools they need to continue spiritual development in the home. We are in a growing community with lots of young families, which equates to an amazing opportunity to impact the next generation.
We are looking for a unique individual who would have the expertise and ability to not only shepherd our Children’s Ministry but who could also direct the launch of a weekday pre-school in our facility. This would require someone to be exceptionally skilled
Responsibilities for Children’s Ministry: FIRST & FOREMOST recruiting, training, and sustaining a volunteer team passionate about children’s ministry. I can’t emphasize this enough. You must be a team builder. Additionally, you would
oversee curriculum, planning, creating and executing the weekend children's experience, an annual summer day camp, and anything else needed to take our Children's Ministry to the next level. We currently use Elevate curriculum. The one line job description
would be "to develop a children's ministry that kids and parents love and that points families to Jesus."
Responsibilities for Preschool Director: Develop and launch an effective, sustainable, on-site preschool as a ministry to our community. During the launch you would be responsible to navigate the state/county requirements, develop a budget,
secure licensing, begin marketing, & hire preschool staff. After the launch you would serve as the Preschool Director and oversee it’s operations.
Attributes that would be beneficial would include: high energy, relational, low-maintenance, self-starter, able to execute without micro-management, outreach minded, relevant to the culture, creative, computer savvy, team player, and someone who doesn't
take themselves too seriously.
SFC is an amazing environment with responsible leadership structure and accountability. Experience and education are required. Relocation to the area is also required. This not a work-from-home position. Compensation includes a competitive salary, health
insurance, an expense account, mileage allowance, cell phone allowance, conference allowance, and relocation assistance.
