Covenant Church United Methodist, a growing congregation located in High Point, NC is seeking a part-time Accompanist (about ten hours per week) to provide supplemental music for scheduled worship services, rehearsals, and collaborate with the Director of Music Ministries in creating high level musical experiences for worship participants.  The Church is located in north High Point, NC and has many exciting ministries for everyone including business professionals, pre-school, children, youth, and after school programs. Covenant believes strongly in its purpose statement, which is ‘Bringing people into Covenant with God who become disciples of Jesus Christ to serve in love.’


We seek: 1) A minimum of three years accompanying experience (preferred); 2) one who can function well in a collaborative environment; 3) flexibility with regard to work schedules, directions, and assignments; 4) good character; and 5) a person who will strive to assist in finding new ways of using music to contribute to attainment of the Church’s mission. A Bachelors Degree in Music is preferred.
