Work with Bent Tree’s senior leaders to help plan and coordinate both short and long term systems strategy and implementation. Effective oral and written word communicator.
Research and benchmark parallel technology organizations in non-for-profit and for profit world to enable Bent Tree to be cognizant of best practice solutions, accountability and investment strategy.
Embrace other technology initiative across Bent Tree including Fine Arts, etc
Network Infrastructure-Ensure stability of network connectivity between Central Support and all campus environments for voice, data and wireless technologies. Provide dependable and expandable infrastructure to support future expansion to multiple campus
or online ministry venues. Enable integration of Mac and Windows based hardware solutions. Maintain and test a solid disaster recovery plan and ensure daily back-up of all related resources. Meet security compliance requirements.
Provide automated solutions to meet the business/operating needs of the church staff, as well as the church members/regular attendees. Manage licensing of software. Leverage open source technologies when practical. Oversee requirements gathering, implementation,
training and ongoing development.
Able to effectively work with ministry stakeholders to capture business requirements for development/maintenance of our web strategy. Responsible for website development, ongoing maintenance and reporting of web traffic.
Define and process technical procurement request with vendors, negotiate best pricing and cost analysis along with managing vendor relations.
Develop and maintain IT operating policies and procedures, budget, organizational structure.
Minimum of five years related management experience.
Working in a collaborative environment with solid listening skills.
Web development- Skills in HTML, .NET or PHP desired.
Working knowledge of servers, routers, switches, firewalls, voice and wireless systems
Experience in integrated networks of Mac and Windows workstations and servers.
Project management in a technology environment.
