West Park Church, located in northwest London, Ontario, Canada, is seeking a Lead Pastor to head our ministry team of ten professional and four support staff members. The man applying for this position will possess a contagious passion for the Word of God and be able to build, lead, and maintain a strong ministry staff with a transparent leadership style that empowers teams and encourages participation. He will champion the pursuit of our mission to “lead people on a life-changing journey.”
Our church is situated in a new subdivision development in a six-year-old, spacious, multi-functional facility of 50,000 sq. ft. on 20 acres of land with a 750 theatre-seat auditorium, a full-size gymnasium, an intimate chapel, and two separate dedicated areas designed specifically for children and students. We have an average Sunday attendance of just under 700 people, and more than 300 adults meet weekly or bi-weekly in our home LifeGroups.
