Job Description:
Receive and service all food pantry ministry phone calls and walk-ins in our church office M-F 10a - 2p. Continually update all website ministry department windows, keep up with planned on-going changes, and interact on a daily basis with those making contact regarding food pantry ministry, etc. Maintain church members email list and send weekly emails to congregation concerning food pantry ministry, financials, church calendar events, announcements, prayer requests, etc. Perform greeter's ministry follow-up contacts to all adult, youth and children visitors and maintain data entry. Attend all ministry staff meetings and have working knowledge of all ministry-department dynamics. Carry out routine secretarial tasks for staff, elders and deacons -- including facilities-use calendar and flexibility regarding sudden deadlines.
