Creative Media Producer

Job Description:
Sugar Creek Baptist Church is searching for a highly creative video producer to serve in our Creative Communications department. You will join a team of designers, writers, web developers and other creative media types who are passionate about creating media to reach an audience who respond to spiritual concepts spoken in a visual language.

We are looking for someone who is adept at creating documentaries, short films, music videos, motion graphic packages, and illustration videos in a creative and engaging way. If the following describes who God created you to be, then send us your resume, reel and salary requirements asap.

We are looking for a committed follower of Jesus Christ with a call to ministry work for the purpose of utilizing video production to impact our community and world for Christ. This is an associate level position, but candidates who have some professional video production experience are preferred.

You must have a pro-active work ethic including a self-motivated drive for quality and creativity; Excellent project management skills and ability to multi-task several projects at the same time; Flexibility to adapt to unforeseen circumstances and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines; Extreme attention to detail and a passion for excellence in creative and technical production; Strong creative abilities including, but not limited to: concept creation, scriptwriting, storyboarding, editing, and directing; Experience and training in digital video production exhibited by a professional reel; Experience and training in studio and field production including lighting, audio and camera work; Experience and training in post-production work including non-linear editing, compositing, and motion graphic design.

We need someone who is very proficient, if not at expert level in the following programs: Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, DVD Studio Pro, Keynote, Soundtrack, Motion and Compressor. Knowledge of the following programs is a plus: Cinema 4D, ProTools. Advanced knowledge of the latest version of the Mac OS X operating system.
