Job Description:

We are a bible believing, Christ centered, multigenerational church located a block from the beach!

Our students love Christ, love to worship and love to be together. There is a family feeling at ODPC, so our Youth Pastor needs a whole church dispostion.

Our youth program currently is an established program for middle and high school students called Access-- based on Ephesians 2:18. We have between 40-60 students every Wednesday night. Those services are in our youth center "the Shak" which is our original church circa 1947.  These youth services include worship with our awesome Access youth band (check our website to see them leading), teaching by the Youth Pastor (Kelly), and small groups with our wonderful Access leaders.

Sunday mornings we have Sunday School for the students where we go deeper in study.

We are looking for a Youth Pastor who loves Christ and the Word. They will love the students, teach them the bible, and help them walk out their faith with studies, retreats, mission, and one on one interaction.

They will be a team player who works well with other staff and church leadership, with the ability to recruit, lead and train volunteers, and build strong rapport with parents and siblings.
