Job Description:
Primary responsibilities - Assistant to the Administrative Pastor and human resource coordinator. Duties include providing assistance to the Administrative Pastor with faxing, mailing, phone calls, scheduling, data entry, and filing. Coordinating benefits for all staff concerning insurance and retirement coverage offered by the church. Limited financial duties including posting contributions and assisting with deposits.Qualifications - one year minimum experience as administrative assistant, one year minimum human resource experience, excellent verbal and communication skills, team player, and Christian values and beliefs. The candidate should be a self starter with excellent people skills. We offer a fun and safe environment with excellent benefits and competitive compensation.
