Job Description:

We are that Spring in the Desert.
Since 1998, Grace Community Church in Roswell, New Mexico (yeah, that one), has desired to be “that church” for people searching for a place where they’re not beat up by the preacher, or guilted into giving; we have tried to find that balance so that the Gospel is culturally relevant, but Biblically faithful; we are strong in our desire to develop disciples and leaders and gentle in the way we approach outsiders; we believe in a vision for our city that is beyond our capacity to deliver … maybe you’re a critical component?

Grace Community Church is a Purpose-Driven church needing a Student Ministries Pastor whose primary responsibilities will be the oversight of Middle School and High School ministries, with additional secondary oversight of the College ministry team and cooperative ministry with the pastoral team.

We are seeking someone who loves Middle School and High School students, has buy-in in the Purpose-Driven philosophy, has  ministry educational  competency (at least a B.A. in Bible or equivalency) and a proven track-record of team building (you bleed “team-building” and collaboration).
