Gayton Baptist Church, a growing congregation of 800+ (500 Sunday average) in the suburbs of Richmond, Virginia, is searching for a transformational leader to join our staff team and lead our Worship Arts ministry. This person will oversee the Worship Arts
ministry and serve as the primary worship leader for our contemporary service. At least 5 years of full-time experience as a worship leader, a proven track record of growth and a bachelor’s degree in music or related field are required. A graduate degree
