Connection Church (www.findconnection.org) is a 2 year old church plant located in Middletown, MD. We are looking for a part-time youth pastor with the personal bent to create meaningful and lasting relationships with our youth; guiding them into Christ through personal example. We require the organizational skills and discipline to lead quarterly events (i.e. ATF, OC Alive) and are looking for the capacity to teach in both larger settings and in the give and take of small groups. Our ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter whose love for God is contagious (worship leading ability is a plus). Starting pay is negotiable.
