The Director of Facility Operations is responsible for supervising and scheduling 30 employees in the maintenance, repair, cleaning, and setup of church facilities. Victory Church is located on 55 acres, with 165,000 square feet of buildings, and operates a 450 student preschool thru 12th grade school. Our facilities are utilized seven days per week with ongoing activities and meetings. This is a full time position, with great benefits, and reports to the Business Administrator.
