Job Description:
Small Bible church of approximately 150+ people looking for church secretary/administrative assistant for 20 hours per week. General tasks and requirements: Answering phone calls; Coordinating and planning meetings and events; Ordering and maintaining supplies; Maintaining master calendar; Coordinating facilities schedule; Update website content weekly; Maintain meeting schedules for various ministries; Assist business/finance office when needed; maintain congregational records; Need good communication skills and phone skills; need the ability to handle confidential situations with discretion. Additional skills and experience with the following software a plus: Microsoft Office, Servant Keeper, PhoneTree, basic Text Editor and CD authoring.
