Grant Memorial Baptist Church in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a highly motivated individual to manage and oversee 124,000 square feet of shared facilities with Linden Christian School (800 + enrollment) and 144 life lease suites for 55 Plus residents on the same campus.
The successful candidate will have experience in staff supervision and motivation, customer service, and working experience in the management and maintenance of properties and office operations. Responsibilities include administering tenant lease contracts & service relations, purchasing, negotiating contracts with service providers and developing and managing budgets.
Applicants must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and computer skills and be a committed team player with proven collaboration skills. Applicants will function in a manner consistent with the ministry philosophies and objectives of the organization.
