Life Changers International Church is looking for champions to join the team as they live out the vision to transform the culture and change the world—beginning with growing the church to 10,000+ membership. Work with church departments and ministries in the way of executive management, system implementation, system improvement and massive church growth.  Work with staff and help develop departments and systems of people.  This person needs to be a systems thinker; an organizer at heart but flexible and easygoing with change and movement. This person needs to be a problem solver, system creator, self-starter; able to mobilize and execute; have excellent communication and reporting skills.




Life Changers International Church is one of the largest churches in the Chicagoland area, founded by Pastor Gregory Dickow, host of The Power to Change Today – an international television ministry that reaches a potential audience of over 500 million households weekly.  Life Changers International Church main campus is in Hoffman Estates, which includes a 3,000 seat sanctuary, a 400 seat World Prayer Center, a multipurpose gymnasium, a leadership training center, and fully-equipped radio and TV studio.  The campus also houses Valeo Academy, a dynamic K-12 Christian school.  In the city of Chicago, Life Changers International Church has a downtown congregation, which has recently purchased a +60,000 square foot warehouse, which will be transformed into its downtown campus.  Both campuses are uniquely multi-cultural and committed to outreach, evangelism, and changing lives through love in action. 



 This position is the administrative lead in managing and assessing departmental development and staff development, ensuring alignment to Life Changers’ vision. The Executive Director of Operations champions the architecting, implementation, management and assessment for all general and office operational systems for Life Changers International Church including the Master Calendar, Church & Outreach Events, Organization & Office Operations, IT Department, Helps Volunteer Ministries, Small Groups, Life Changers Bible Training Center, K-12 Valeo Academy, H.R. (Recruitment,  Assessment, On-boarding), Creative Services (Graphic Design Department), Reception, Social Media and other responsibilities assigned by CEO and COO, implementing improvements and new aspects when needed. 


Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or comparable experience viewed favorably. Master’s preferred

--Strong ability to organize, think strategically and produce results or solutions

--Detail oriented

--Excellent communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills

--Self motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently; establishing and meeting performance/ministry goals

--Ability to problem solve and come up with innovative solutions and always be thinking several steps ahead

--Ability to leverage others or reproduce one’s self

--Experience in management - overseeing staff and departments

--Ability to lead, work effectively with others and resolve conflicts

--Ability to personally manage time/projects/tasks and facilitate this with others; ability to keep an org timeline and --work with a calendar

--Have an understanding in what motivates & interests people

--Understand the logistics of a project or event and have the ability to take the idea from conception to production

--Ability to work well with teams to see projects through

--Project management skills with ability to develop and implement business strategies and assess business performance

--Ability to motivate & inspire

--Ability to problem solve and work easily with the unexpected

--Have an understanding of the industry sector

--Ability to respond well to pressure

--Be organized and methodical

--Be proactive and able to take the initiative

--Experience in personnel development, assessment, review, hiring and replacement. 

--Experience in developing and maintaining personnel position plans and job descriptions.

--Experience/understanding in event management/event facilitation

--Experience/ability in working with visual/graphic design

--50-thousand foot understanding of IT and software/web; Have an understanding of Internet technologies and trends

--Knowledge of marketing techniques and concepts

--Experience with communications and digital or online media

--Experience/ understanding in administrating or managing a school or academic office is preferred

--Experience with Microsoft Office.

--Passion for the business world and for the church world

--Must be a committed, long-term leader of Life Changers International Church

Hours: Daily, M-F, Full time; and Sunday services; whatever it takes to get it done
