Job Description:
Our Production team is looking for the right person to join our team, to be part of a ministry that is creative, skilled, and downright fun. We strive for excellence, we work a lot of hours, and we love each other well. We are a church of 6,000, we are finishing up a $30M expansion, and we’re going to need some help as we grow.

We are seeking a Production Director for Children's Ministry & Student Ministries. The first benefit of this role is that it has the longest title on staff. But in case that’s not enough, the role involves all things production support related for 9 small to mid-sized auditoriums. This position assumes you come with technical expertise in audio, lighting, and IMAG systems, but it doesn’t assume that you are content with being a “techie”. Instead, you must also have strong leadership aptitude, ready to provide training and shepherding to volunteers of different ages, personalities and gifting.

In addition, you must be highly organized, able to communicate very well, and you must love a coordinator role. This means working with all the ministry areas who want to use those 9 auditoriums we mentioned, maintaining the equipment, following up with other ministry areas to ensure they don’t slack off, and translating all that into “technical” and detailed worship plans.

Overwhelmed? That’s ok. So are we. But we are also amazingly blessed. And we look forward to another blessing through this hiring.
