Job Description:
The Church at Horseshoe Bay is seeking an Administrative Manager who will be responsible for the efficient operation of the Church office and performing high-level accounting and financial duties. This position requires step-by-step periodic review of each of the business systems to determine and implement changes that insure each of these systems are efficient, accurate and productive. This position will also be responsible for supervising the office staff and for developing print materials used by the church (monthly newsletter, Sunday worship service program, etc.).

Candidates must have extensive financial, accounting and data base management experience. Experience with the Shelby Systems is desired, but not required.

In addition, the position requires effective written and oral communication skills, including organizational and record-kee ttention to detail is critical. Qualified candidates must have supervisory experience and must be able to supervise an office staff in a matrix environment.
