• Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
• Project management experience
preferred
• Advanced computer skills with
proficiency with MS Office
• Ministry experience preferred
• Self-starter that initiates resultsoriented
action
• Demonstrated servant’s heart
• Ability to prioritize care for
people/relationships above results
without sacrificing desired outcomes
• Detail oriented with ability to see ‘big
picture’ and think/operate strategically
• Strong ability to manage up and across.

Supports Outreach Pastor and Global Senior
Director by:
• Providing proactive administrative
support
• Maintaining outlook (calendars,
contacts and email)
• Managing cross-functional projects
• Publishing meeting notes
• Following up on status of open action
items with Management Team
• Compiling weekly and monthly reports
• Serving as primary ‘go to’ person for
staff and volunteers
• Screening requests from external
agencies and organizations
• Being an internal champion for
Outreach Mission, Vision and Values
