With solid leadership to motivate and activate the ministry gifts in our congregants, we anticipate much growth in our fellowship as we collectively fulfill the Great Commission. The Senior Pastor position is part-time and salaried, commensurate with your
qualifications and experience. The opportunity to increase the Senior Pastor position’s responsibilities and office hours, and compensation to match appropriately, to full-time is a part of our leadership team’s vision for growth. The Senior Pastor will
report to the Deacon Board, the four-person leadership team that is responsible for oversight of church business, for accountability purposes and will oversee volunteer ministry leaders (e.g. youth and worship) and a paid part-time administrative assistant.
