For 25 years, this congregation has sought to be a positive influence in our community.  We continue to be stirred by the Spirit and we are ready for our next chapter.  And, after 25 years of doing church, we find ourselves beginning a new sort of journey and preparing to move forward in a new vision – we want to more effectively be the church.

We’re searching for a leader to help equip us in ministry and outreach to our friends and neighbors.
We’re searching for a leader who values discipleship and will oversee its implementation for the body.
We’re searching for a loving friend who will help us build a family-friendly, connected congregation.
We’re searching for a follower of Christ who embraces those in need with words of encouragement and practices acceptance, grace, forgiveness and inclusion in order to best demonstrate the Gospel.

With solid leadership to motivate and activate the ministry gifts in our congregants, we anticipate much growth in our fellowship as we collectively fulfill the Great Commission.  The Senior Pastor position is part-time and salaried, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.  The opportunity to increase the Senior Pastor position’s responsibilities and office hours, and compensation to match appropriately, to full-time is a part of our leadership team’s vision for growth.  The Senior Pastor will report to the Deacon Board, the four-person leadership team that is responsible for oversight of church business, for accountability purposes and will oversee volunteer ministry leaders (e.g. youth and worship) and a paid part-time administrative assistant.
