College Pastor (Starkville Campus)

The position of College Pastor for Pinelake Church’s Starkville Campus is responsible for providing spiritual, visionary, team-based, and value-driven leadership for college students and lay leaders in a manner consistent with Pinelake’s purpose, vision, core values and major objectives.

God’s man for this role will be an integral member of Pinelake’s Starkville Campus Team with the specific responsibilities of planning, developing, overseeing, and evaluating all components of the College Ministry; establishing goals and objectives (in conjunction with the Campus Pastor) for the College Ministry and initiate strategies to fulfill them; lead students to value active participation in the ministries of Pinelake Starkville; developing and implementing effective processes to assimilate students into small groups; and supervising the enlistment, training, and evaluation of all volunteer workers in the College Ministry.

The ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor’s degree and four years of experience in a college ministry setting. A master’s degree from an accredited seminary is preferred.
