Director of Recovery and Support Ministries

Has your personal story been one of sustained recovery from an addiction or co-dependency?

Are you passionate about telling the “Greatest Hope Story” ever told and leading people on the journey through brokenness towards recovery and wholeness?

Are you a proven leader who thrives by working through and alongside others to achieve ministry goals?

Do others tell you that you gifted at managing potentially high risk emotional and relational situations with great wisdom, compassion and discernment?

As a Director of Willow Creek Community Church’s new Recovery and Support Ministries, you will be the primary “voice” of recovery for the church, overseeing and implementing the large group portion of the Recovery Night programs. In addition, you will oversee the envisioning, recruitment, development, training, shepherding and management of the Recovery and Support staff, group leaders, table facilitators, coaches, sponsors and other key volunteers. You will also be responsible for the development of systems, processes and procedures to insure Biblically sound, doctrinally aligned and emotionally healthy program content and experiences for all Recovery and Support communities.
