Job Description:
The Administrative Secretary, is a salaried staff position. The incumbent receives general guidance and day-to-day supervision from the pastor and is responsible through the pastor to the Staff-Parish Relations Committee. In addition, a Staff-Parish Relations Committee member specifically designated as a liaison agent for the Administrative Secretary is available for the incumbent. In general, duties and responsibilities consist of preparing and mailing correspondence, bulletins and newsletter production, maintaining membership records, maintaining the church calendar, supervision of the clerical assistant and office volunteers, and other secretarial duties as may be assigned, including the management of the church office. Specific duties and responsibilitiesavailable upon request.
