West Park Baptist Church is seeking a full-time, experienced Administrative Coordinator, reporting to the Church Administrator.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Will provide office support and be involved in all facets of the church’s operation.
Responsibilities include coordinating facility usage from planning to execution;
church-wide calendar management; creation of financial reports; preparing documents (memos, letters, presentations, Excel spreadsheets) for both internal and external communications; answering incoming calls and assessing / prioritizing issues for the Church Administrator.
Utilize facility management software system for scheduling, tracking and coordinating facility repairs and routine management.

* A minimum of three (3) years office experience.
* Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
* A pleasant demeanor with the ability to multi-task within a busy work environment. * Demonstrated computer proficiency with ability to learn internal databases.
Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a heart for ministry. Those that serve our Lord on the staff are expected to set a high standard of personal conduct and lifestyle. Membership to West Park Baptist Church is required for this position.
High school diploma or GED is required. An Associates degree in Office Administration is highly desirable.
* Understanding of basic accounting principals.
* Previous church ministry experience
* Experince with ACS (Automated Church System)
* Experience with church calendar software
