Currently, weekly attendance exceeds 500 adults, 120 children, 75 teens and has the place and potential in the Cortland community to reach even more. GCF is a board governed church made up of Elders and Deacons with an executive committee that brings direction chaired by the Senior Pastor. The ministry staff is made up of a Senior Pastor, Associate Pastor, Youth Director and Children's Director. All aspects of the worship ministry are led by a team of three part-time staffers.
