Seeking an office manager who will oversee all administrative support personnel and key functional areas such as human resources, office workflows and productivity, customer and vendor relations as well as manage inventories of office equipment and supplies. We will look to this person to establish and implement office policies and procedures and quality standards. Individual will be expected to perform tasks that require advanced skills in organization and planning, in-depth knowledge of church operations and objectives and managing remote and/or matrix employees. Experience and competency in problem solving, advanced Microsoft and database tools and people management are a must. Working in an office environment of 40+ people is a plus.
