Seeking a “Sanctified Spielberg”

New Venture Christian Fellowship has an exciting opportunity for a Videographer/Editor to join our talented team! If you’re passionate about combining cutting-edge mainstream media quality with faith-centered content, then you know opportunities to do so in a full-time setting are rare. If you feel you can capture the vision of New Venture and its founding Pastor, this is a prestigious opportunity to combine artistic and spiritual excellence in an ambitious ministry setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience and skilled at editing and assembling computer generated video effects and graphics. The Videographer/Editor works closely with Multimedia Dept. in producing weekly video moments, service bumpers, and all other video related projects. Candidate must be current on new technology and graphics software while maintaining equipment and inventory.

New Venture Christian Fellowship is a non-denominational church located in the community of Oceanside, North San Diego County. • Bachelor’s degree in video/communication field (preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two years experience in video editing or related field.
• Preference given to candidates with specific technical training and/or certification in video production/communications.
• Preference given to candidates with large-church related experience.
• Excellent computer skills required, knowledge of Mac platform and Final Cut Pro editing software a plus!
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Team player with leadership and teaching skills.
• Flexible work schedule, evening & weekend work to complete assigned tasks/projects as needed and scheduled.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with attention to detail.
• All candidates must be able to prove eligibility to work in the United States.
