Job Description:
Provides leadership in the worship and christian education of youth and young adults.
provides leadership and guidance to projects such as camps, services etc.
Organizes programs, committee work and wotks with the Senior Pastor for coordinationg counseling.
Develops, trains, and guides college, youth and young adult.
Supervises and oversees 7-12, college, and young adults.
Recruits and coordinates volunteers and requirements for such.
Participates in new member programs. Attends staff meeting when required and maintains a cooperative relationship with all staff and the congregation. Performs other duties as assigned.
