We have developed a generous three tier affiliate program that will pay you a 25% commission on all featured job openings, online resume database orders, and featured resume submissions from your referrals. Tier two (your referral's referrals) will pay you an additional 15%; and tier three will pay you a 10% commission. (For example: a one month featured job listing that sells normally for $59.95 would earn you a $14.98 tier one commission if in your first tier; $8.99 in your second tier; and $5.95 if in your third tier).

The exciting thing about our system is that you will have immediate notification of all commissions and your own log-in page to track your commissions and referrals 24 hours a day. We will even notify you via email when a commission is made for you!

Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions pertain to an individual and/or company's participation in the ChurchStaffing.com Affiliate program.

1. Joining the Program By filling out our sign-up form you will automatically become a ChurchStaffing.com affiliate. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise the ChurchStaffing.com site and products and receive a commission based on products purchased by your referral individuals.

2. Revocation of Affiliate Status Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons: Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks) Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...) Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities Violation of intellectual property rights (copying ChurchStaffing.com material)

3. Linking to ChurchStaffing.com You may use graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. The site may also be advertised “offline” in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by ChurchStaffing.com, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions in 2.

4. Affiliate Commissions You will be paid referral fees for ChurchStaffing.com featured job listings, position wanted listings and Resume Database orders. You will receive a 25% commission on all purchases by your referrals to this website. You will NOT receive affiliate commission on products bought by yourself or your company. Your referrals can also sign up for this affiliate program, making this a three tier program: Tier one pays 25%; tier two pays 15% and tier three pays 10%. You will be notified via email immediately when you receive a tier 1, 2 or 3 commission. Affiliate commissions will be paid out monthly with a minimum check value of $25. If the referred product was refunded or money was reimbursed, ChurchStaffing.com has the right to deduct the appropriate commissions.

5. Terms of the agreement These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when either you or ChurchStaffing.com terminates your affiliate status. The terms of this agreement may be modified at any time by ChurchStaffing.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate status. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

6. Liability ChurchStaffing.com will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of “intents of harm” to the program. ChurchStaffing.com does not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of ChurchStaffing.com will be error-free and will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
