Ask Good Questions

When you think of an interview, you typically think that an interviewer asks all the questions to see if you’re a good fit for the position. However, you may want to consider if the position is a right fit for you. To glean this information, arrive at an interview prepared to learn more about the organization and the job opening. Here are some sample questions to ask:

- What are the values of your organization?
- What does success look like in this position?
- What do you like about working here?
- What is the office culture like?

This is only the beginning; there are many more helpful questions you can ask. Not only will these questions give you valuable information about the organization and the job itself, but also your genuine interest to learn more will make you an attractive candidate.
