Northeast Christian Church, a dynamic, growing church of 900 in weekend worship, is in need of an enthusiastic, creative, visionary leader to oversee all aspects of our Children’s Ministry. We are looking for a person who will take our Children’s Ministry to the next level of reaching and teaching children and their families.

Required experience, skills and giftedness:

•A passion to reach and lead children in their personal walk with God
•A desire to partner with parents and help them model Jesus and pass on a heritage of godliness
•Gifts of leadership, organization, teaching
•A track record of recruiting, training and retaining a volunteer staff of adults
•Demonstrated growth within current Children’s Ministry
•A bachelor’s degree from a Christian college, or a seminary degree
•A minimum of 5 years experience in a multi-staff, multi-service environment
