Job Description:
McKinney Church (www.mckinneychurch.com), a large Christ-focused, contemporary Bible church in Fort Worth, Texas is currently seeking a full-time Pastor of Young Adults to take a thriving ministry to twenty-something professionals to the next level. The ideal candidate is a young man with strong communication and leadership gifts, and the ability to relate well to both young unmarried professionals and young families.
The discernment to understand a culture, and design and implement ministry best suited to that unique culture will be an important gift for this pastor, as well as the ability to work as a part of a team and both cast and execute vision. Although a seminary education is not a requirement for this position, we would prefer a candidate with some seminary training or an equivalent in ministry experience.
