Job Description:
This position will serve as a relational minister for 18-24 year olds with the intent to connect these young adults to ministry opportunities within our congregation. Additionally, this position will create invitational events to encourage these young adults to develop social connections at Resurrection. The ministry will include small groups, missions, worship, discipleship, service and fellowship and will provide avenues for students to transition from high school ministries into college-age ministries and from college-age ministries into young adult ministries. Qualifications include experience working with young adults ages 18-24, strong communication, organization and computer skills.
